Booking Policy


General Statement on Privacy, Personal Data, and Communications: If you use this Website, check the booking policy, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.

User Provided Information: FloCryo does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a cryotherapy session. FloCryo may use the information to contact you with important information.

Online bookings: All bookings made online are pre-paid. To purchase a single session or a series, clients can create an account by registering their details, selecting an item for purchase and making a booking. Please take note of the individual conditions of each option. Please note that all future prices are subject to change.

Refund Policy: Prepaid services are non-refundable. We will however allocate your payment to other services, providing the Cancellation Policy terms are met.
Packages cannot be transferred, and are only valid for the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen and from time to time you will need to reschedule, so we have designed the below cancellation policy to ensure fairness to you, and us:

Changing or cancelling an appointment:

  1. All pre-paid services are non refundable
  2. For cancellations we require 24 hours notice to cancel a booking. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice pre-payments will not be refunded or allocated to any other booking. If we do receive 24 hours notice, we will allocate any pre-payment to another suitable appointment time.

Running Late: It happens to all of us from time to time, so all we ask is that you let us know prior to your appointment, and we will do our best to provide you with as much of your treatment in the allocated time as we can. Generally we will have other clients booked in right after your appointment and out of respect to them, we need to have your treatment completed on time. To guarantee your full treatment time, please ensure you are not late.

No Show: If you don’t turn up for your treatment without notifying us, this is considered a No Show. In this instance, the below will apply:

  • You will forfeit your payment
  • You will be requested to pay a deposit when next booking an appointment
  • A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package

Team Sessions: Full payment must be made prior to a Team Cryotherapy Session.

Age limit: You must be at least 12 years of age to undergo a whole body cryotherapy session. If you are 16 or 17, you can register and use the Website, however a parent or guardian will be required to attend your scheduled appointment time to sign the client waiver in person on your behalf.

Physical readiness: We reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

Signing up: By accepting the terms and conditions you are acknowledging that you may receive FloCryo promotional emails from time to time. You can opted out at anytime.

Policy Changes: The terms and conditions stipulated in this document may be changed at any time. By using the Website, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.
